"I went to this Taco Bell and a lovely young lady was giving me my food, and this manager named Stephanie screamed at this girl telling her to hurry up, I am sorry but that is very unprofessional in my opinion. She should be spoken to and I will be reporting this manager. This girl who was helping me was nothing but sweet and helpful. Young girl short black hair"

"I went to place an order through the app which I normally do but the order wouldn't go through due to an error but upon checking my bank account through my bank app the payment for said order was deducted. So I go into this Taco Bell location and explain the situation to a woman who I assume was a manager, she said my order wasn't showing up in their system. After explaining to her that I had been charged she told me she has to call someone about it and disappeared I'm guessing into the back office. When she returned she said the money would be refunded within a few hours. I explained I didn't want a refund I wanted my order in which she replied the order wasn't in their system there's nothing she can do and even threatened to call the police after I pleaded my case. Listen, I've been to retail stores where if I'm charged they honor that as proof of order. She could have given me my order. I showed her both my bank app so she could see the charge as well as the Taco Bell app so she could see the error. The issue was on their end not mine. Due to this as well as other times I've been in there and had to wait long periods of time I won't be coming back. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend this location to anyone and if you want Taco Bell go to the one on Sunrise great customer service and you'll be out quicker ."

"I visit this location a few times a week with no issues, but tonight 3/25/2023 I have a problem. I ordered two 5 layer burritos, and one grilled cheese burrito with chicken. The grilled cheese burrito was barely filled with anything, except sauce and lettuce….I’ve gotten this before and I’ve never had it this bad. I’m so angry I paid $5 for this burrito that was so bad I couldn’t even eat all of it. Disgusting. Very disappointed!! What a waste of money!!!"

"Very frustrated. Everytime I go to this taco bell and spend big bucks(4.99) for my favorite taco the Cheesey Gordita Crunch they don't do it well. I've been to several other locations for example deer park and they make it correctly. It's frustrating that it's a premium taco and this location botches this taco each time via drive thru or inside. It's flat ,not toasted properly and cheese isn't melted. WTH I mean look at the pictures"
