"Waiter was such a nice guy, helped us decide best panini to order. Food portions very large, hot and delicious. The inside decor is patriotic and so positive. Cozy low key, we enjoyed our meal and the ambience. The owner greeted us so warmly, definitely coming back again soon."

"I’ve read that the owners are known for over the top decorations at their diners and it doesn’t disappoint. But how was the food, well it’s very good, reasonably priced and portions are plentiful. This is a classic Long Island diner, worth stopping in at. Don’t let diners go extinct as the news reports."

"So everything started off well, we were a party of 6 and got a table quickly even though they were quite busy. We started off with the traditional Cole slaw and pickle which were very good. All of our orders did arrive except for one so most of us started eating. After the last order arrived, a long black hair was noticed sticking up from the food. We had that meal replaced by something different. I know that kind of thing sometimes happens but it just ruins all the good things. The food tasted good, the portion sizes were also good. The waitress later brought out a couple of extra desserts, gratis from the owner as an apology. * Bottom line... Food was ok, prices were reasonable, atmosphere was good and yes we would visit again."
