"Pantanos is one of my favorite places to stop in a grab a bite. It has amazing food and customer service. I like to try something new each time and so far have not been disappointed. The atmosphere inside and the customer service is second to none I never fail to leave with a smile on my face."

"Another Update- Why so many fake reviews praising this tool! He either writes the reviews himself or he buys customers food to post a 5 star review. place is garbage! Gian Luca is a fraud! update: I went back and still the same experience. Funny how I write a bad review and it is followed by a whole bunch of 5 star reviews. seems to be a pattern of trying to erase bad reviews. the owner is a tool. He also posts on the Facebook group Dine LI, pretending to be a customer, saying how wonderful the food and staff is. what a pathetic joke. I used to love this place. Prices are way overpriced and the size for the portions are half of what they used to be. You pay a high price for a skimpy sandwich that is followed by an attitude because you question the price. Don't bother going here. there are plenty of other delis around that make a nicer sandwich"

"Absolutely mouthwatering deli sandwiches! The variety is outstanding, and each one is a flavor explosion. The freshness of the ingredients truly shines through. The staff is friendly, and the service is lightning-fast. A must-visit for anyone craving a top-notch deli experience. The Carlos is a must. Thank you fellas for all that you do."

"Got to be the WORST MADE grill cheese bacon and catchup (yeah, wheres the catchup?) I have ever had . Barely any cheese, hardly warm , barely toasted bread and 1 slice of tomato. I mean you shouldnt be able to open a grill cheese this easy . No effort made and rushed. I will try again maybe catch a different cook that day. Gotta say i do love the Hewlett one and the one across from Nassau Colosseum."
