"Fresh and delicious sushi but not a good value. The $33 chirashi had a very atypical presentation and looked like sashimi bento with over-vinegared rice. The sashimi smelled and tasted fresh. However, I wish the portion can be bigger."
"There are 3 Sushi restaurants in Plainview including this one. This is the newest one. Now I know 1% of you are sushi freaks and KNOW the real deal. The fish here is very fresh and the staff are beyond nice!!! I ate hamachi kama, fish eggs in every color & Australian Oysters which were delicious but pricey @ $8 each. ENJOY!"

"Last night was our 4th time on Kinben sushi, which has now become our new local sushi spot. We usually have to travel 20 minutes for sushi so we are very excited to have a this local spot to go with our 2 young kids who love sushi! The sushi is super fresh and amazing. My 6 year old daughter loves the sushi nori tacos! The waitress heard it was her birthday, and went out of her way to make her tempura fried Oreos and get a a candle. They were amazing. I highly recommend this sushi spot!"
