"Ordered a specialty item that comes as both a burrito or a bowl for the same price. I ordered it as a bowl with a tortilla on the side, just because I find it easier to eat and it’s the same price. When I picked up my order the woman asked me to pay $1 for the tortilla. I would understand if there was a difference in price but they are exactly the same. Service and food quality have decreased in recent years as well. Won’t be returning."

"Often the employees are just hanging out and look annoyed you walked in. Then they talk Spanish to each other and u know they are commenting on u or something they don’t want u to know. Really bad and keeps me going once every 6-9 months to see if they got their HR problem under control. Must fix or this place won’t make it. Anyone who does not notice this is on serious meds or really hungry or both. Owners must correct the Situation. Chipotle needs some competition and I never really have that problem there. Forgive me but what they are doing right and fix ur situation. Your food is decent but one more try and then I’m done with them. Kind of sad!!"
