Joe was the perfect supported needed to ensure everything ran smoothly and the bartenders made sure our guests were smiling all night!! Will definitely book again!"

"The food and atmosphere was very good but the owner is deplorable. He ended my event sooner than agreed upon by his nephew who finalized the agreement. He tried to rush my guests out before his team had the chance to cut and serve my birthday cake. He then said they can have cake but no tea or coffee, which was included in the catering package that I paid for. I also found out soon after that a party held a week before mine experienced the same issue. I don’t understand what happened. He came to my party. He even took pictures with me and when he got home he instructed his staff to not give the service agreed upon. Although my guests enjoyed the food and atmosphere, I would never do business with the owner again."

"I wanted to have a Christmas party for my staff at a elegant yet inviting enclosed venue and was referred by a friend to this establishment. I ended up speaking and working with Sandy who was the event planner and organizer and I must say she made the entire feel and experience amazing and like no other. Sandy not only helped with decorations, suggestions and aided with guest organizing but answered all my questions and has such an amazingly friendly and beyond professional mannerism. Overall my party was a success and the food and ambiance of the event was everything I could have imagined. Thank you Sandy for all you have done and I highly recommend anyone looking to have an event here to work with her directly for sure!!"

"The Factory is a great venue with amazing service. The staff went above and beyond to help when needed at the holiday party I attended. The drinks were delicious and the bartenders were attentive. The manager Sandy was very professional and went out of her way to make sure the party was a hit. Will definitely recommend this venue."

"By far the worst venue I’ve booked. Nice spot but the customer service was horrendous. The servers smelt like weed. The manager didn’t live up to the expectations that we had & it was hard getting in touch with everyone the day of my venue which made it harder for me and delayed the process of the event. But it seemed it was personal because by the time I was able to get in touch with the manager “Sandy” she claimed I still owed money, and it sucked that the day of my venue you falsely accuse me of owing money, she indeed evaluated the matters and realized she was completely wrong but has yet to apologize and just swept it under the rug.. & to make matters even worst Sandy claimed that she’ll be here for my venue to help me set up and fulfill the expectations that we previously discussed. The day of the event Sandy was in Florida.. & said she’ll be here before the party started. Sandy showed up in the middle of the party.. I hate talking bad on businesses and I don’t write reviews but i had to take my time with this one because this was unacceptable & this was not even the half. Would not book again!"
