"This is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. It was not overly crowded. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. It is close to the college and to historic downtown. The owners are wonderfully sweet people. Our stay was very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back."

"What a charming place this Inn is!! We were passing through on our way home from a family Christmas visit and were so delighted to find this Inn. We could only stay one night, but definitely wished we could stay longer. The Pullman Suite was the perfect size for a family of 4 and two small dogs. Everyone commented on how comfortable and clean the Suite was.....definitely felt homey! We look forward to when we can get back in the area and this will be our choice of stay while there. You don't want to miss out on all the charm this adorable Inn has to offer!"

"My husband and I had a relaxing 3 nights in the Pullman Suite. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Waking up to the smell of coffee and a delicious breakfast every morning was a real treat. Meeting new people in the dining room and sharing experiences was fun. Spent our days meandering through the local stores just across the road, exploring nearby towns and taking the Smokey Mountain Train ride. Felt right at home. "Really enjoyed our stay at the Whistle Stop. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It is an old house, well maintained, but don't expect 5-Star luxury. Gladys is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about the area. The location is great and within walking distance of local eateries and activities. It's right on Main Street so if you're a lite sleeper you may want to request a room in the back of the house. Thoroughly enjoyed and will stay there again!"
