"UPDATE: Not my choice, but we had an early New Years Day dinner here. Surprisingly clean (not sticky). I enjoyed a breakfast plate with perfectly cooked eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and pancakes. My companions had two versions of eggs Benedict and were very pleased. Service was quick and pleasant. Happy happy happy. Sunday brunch is always crowded, but happily there was only a 15 minute wait. We haven't been here in a long while so the changes to the menu were a surprise. A lot of tempting surprises to try. But you can't get to them all in one day. So, today hubby got Split Decision breakfast and was happy with his unadventurous selection. I got a cold brew coffee milkshake and chicken and waffles. The milkshake was delish. Chicken was crispy and tender. Waffles were lukewarm and lacked butter. No big deal. Still good. My only complaint - this is a very sticky place. Very sticky. And sticky is one of my tactile nightmares. Nonetheless we'll be back. Salads and Monte Cristo wrap looked good."

"I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. The menu offered a diverse range of delicious dishes, and the food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly tasty. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends, this place is a definite winner. I'll be coming back for more culinary delights!"

"I went here on a Sunday afternoon with my family. They sat us in a section that was really tight for my family of 6 when asked if there was another place we could sit they said they did not have any waiters for the other sections. However the whole time the staff are busy having conversations and laughing in the back by the kitchen. Our waitress finally came over and asked if we were ready when we said yes she said she would be right back. We easily waited another 10-15 min while she is speaking to her coworkers not even 10 feet away. Once we did order we waited at least 30 minutes to receive our order which was nothing special. We had two young kids with us (1 & 4) and they did not bother to even bring their stuff out first. Yet the table next to us who came in way after us got their burgers not pancakes faster than our order. The food was no better. Omelet was horrible, pancakes were dry. My 4 year old says she would not return because the food in her words “takes a long time”. The best part of this experience was walking out the door. Side note: I’ve never seen my husband not finish his omelet in 20 years. They didn’t even bother to cut the sausages or bacon to make the omelet."

"Always loved ihop. But service at this location was not great. We were on a road trip and and decided to eat there for one of the days. We had a hotel booked 5 miles from this location. Server rolled her eyes at me when asked for extra plates. We had two small kids and they wanted smaller plates to share their pancakes."
