"I'd give negative stars if I could it was that bad. We arrived about 7:45pm after a long drive to find a dirty room. There was candy under the table so we know it wasn't swept. The Bathtub was nasty and dirty. When we ran the water to try to clean it, It was clogged. There was no hot water and the wifi did not work. Overall horrible experience."

"We stayed here for our 12th anniversary weekend and from the reviews, we came just for the Smokeys and needed a place to lay our head at night. Upon walking in, we were amazed! The room was clean, bathroom looked brand new and the beds were comfortable. The service was nice but the lady who traded out the towels and gave us essentials was amazing! Right in time too for us to need a shower after a long day hiking in the mountains. If you are here for enjoyment and need easy access to all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this is the place to stay! The rates were cheaper and made it more enjoyable to not stress about the money spent during our time down there! 10/10 Thank you for having us!"

"The location was great. But the room left a horrible taste for my husband & I. The curtain was missing many hooks, the air conditioner had so much dust caked on it. There was black mold around the tub. The entire room smelled like mold & dampness. The sheets were still damp from drying. No coffee for coffee pot. Behind toilet wasn't finished. Dirt in corner of floors. Had one of the attendants come & clean the vent & turn it on. We asked for extra blanket & 2 towels. None in room. I took pictures below. Several other people checking in that night had issues. Some even left after viewing their rooms. They were disgusting."

"Horrible!!! Would never recommend. The front desk guy wasn't exactly rude, but I wouldn't say he was friendly either. Room looked nowhere near what they showed on pictures. Walls had spots, spider webs hanging from wall in the tub area. One bed had dirty sheets. Floor was disgusting. My sister spilled something a little about 5 mins after walking in and used napkins to clean it up, see pictures below to see how nasty the floor was. My husband went and bought a mop to we can actually mop the floor. I wasn't expecting high end but I wasn't expecting to have to walk around with my slides on the whole time either. In one photo you can see old tubs and whatever. That was right at the bottom of some stairs."

"Not as bad as some but, not as good as others. Staff was great, woodwork was probably good 25 years ago. Pretty quiet. I accidentally left my pillows. There came back the next morning to collect them and found that they had washed both of them which was fantastic."
