Just Salad

"Ordered two salads for pick up. When we arrived at the pick up time the food was not ready or close to being ready. The order machine was pumping out orders (which is a good sign for the company… but not when food isn’t ready) They asked my name and started to make our Salads at that moment. I have to say, you need to be mindful and careful! I had a few apples and edamame in my salad that I did NOT ask for. This can be very dangerous for people with allergies. There wasn’t much chicken in either of the salads. Which is kind of a drag.. The dressings were good. Will consider picking up bottles of the dressings for salads made at home. The counters were a mess. Even the manager (or I’m assuming she was the manager) was telling the staff they need to clean off the counter before they start the next salad. All in all, after customization the salads came to $30. A bit high for the quality. Will most likely be back and hoping for a better experience."

"I was not impressed at all the cashier was cold as ice and the salad was advage at best. I will not go back. Come n salad $19.99 it's a no for me, not because the price just was not for me.. What made me stop was the outside seating."

"I ordered the crispy chicken poblano salad on door dash and received a salad that was missing chicken and also missing the roasted sweet potatoes that I paid extra for. Additionally, the salad hardly filled the bowl and they also put the plastic container of side dressing directly on top of the salad inside the salad bowl which I found to be gross. I was only credited around $5 by door dash which doesn’t even touch the $20 I paid for the pathetic salad. I emailed Just Salad’s customer support and since the order was thru door dash they didn’t even comp me so much as a coupon or voucher. Considering it was their employees who messed up the salad and failed to put chicken on a $20 “chicken” salad, I would expect the store to make things right. Will not be wasting my money here again."

"Ordered salads on app. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and attentive. They were making my salad’s & handed me my bag once done. Long line to order in person. Nobody sitting in the place to eat. Everyone was doing takeout orders. Floors had salad scattered around and counter in between seating and register had spilled drink. I was only there 10 minutes but nobody looked to see if floors, tables or chairs were clean. Not sure if I’m a fan of the food. Chicken used in salad is cold. Not really a fan of cold breaded or grilled chicken. Plus there were only about 6 pieces of breaded chicken in my entire salad. ??? Dressings were yummy. Maybe I’ll try a warm bowl next time. If that’s good I’ll get that again. If not I’m done."

"Overall this place is great. You feel good when you enjoy your meal. And the workers are so pleasant. There’s always a line but it moves decently fast and even with the crowds and it being loud and busy in there, the workers are always so pleasant and friendly. The one thing though is the price, like the prices are normal but you get less food than you probably would have thought for the price. Also if you ask for an extra topping they charge 70¢ - $1 for a small pitch of the topping. They should have it be that you can fill up your bowl with whatever you want and NOT charge extra because you’re not getting more than what fits in your bowl anyway."
