"I waited 40 minutes for my food and it was cold and half wrong. The lobby and parking lot is FULL of unhappy customers waiting on their food. Soda machine is completely out. No orders are coming out of the counter. Never had such a terrible experience."
"Every so often my wife gets in the mood for Taco Bell, and not once have they ever gotten the order 100% correct. It's usually because she likes to substitute beans for meat and they screw that up. This time they were so close to actually getting the order right. This time, they competely left out an item in the order. The bigger problem however is that I guess since I ordered online they started the order right away, so all the hard tacos were soggy by the time I got home (3 minute drive each way). Won't be ordering online every again!"
"I can’t believe this guy. He is trying to make me drive around the drive thru 4 times. You must have the orders ready to pick up I did take time to drive here. Usually they have it ready. Today is been a clown show."
