"We went to this restaurant to celebrate 3 Kings Day as well as my birthday. My mother has a service dog and when asked to be seated, was asked for credentials (which is normal), the problem arose when the person who asked for credentials followed up by saying where did you get this fake ID from? Print on the Internet? Talk about a slap in the face with such ignorance. My mother didn't say anything to me on the spot to avoid conflict, but I was extremely displeased with the response to her and her service animal Ginger. Had she said something when I arrived, we would've not frequented the establishment. Aside from that huge hiccup, the food was good, my brother was the only one to order Rodizio and the server was attentive to his experience. Besides that, the service was decent considering it was packed. Had to ask for a few items more than once but I'm understanding as it was very busy. Still, though the initial treatment of my mother left a sour taste, in terms of the experience."
