"I can’t wait to get started about this dumb. Everytime I go I leave sad. Once I went to pick up my mobile order, and it took 40 MINUTES. They always give me small portions and take long. There is always garbage scattered throughout the restaurant. Today I went and they had a DELAYED OPENING, the place is always a mess and the food is average. I will not be coming back and feel no remorse."

"We ordered one bowl and one kids meal, consisting rice. Rice was not cooked throughly and couldn’t be eaten comfortably. The grains were hardly chewable. This is very concerning, considering the fact that rice is roughly 40 percent of the meal. Uncooked rice could make you sick. Rookie staff. Hot press was not pressed long enough, which resulted in almost completely unmelted cheese. Overall, wouldn’t recommend as your go-to Chipotle. Recommend improvement."
"Worst location by far. Bronx workers bringing that bx vibe. Disgusting conditions, when food falls from the spoon onto the countertop they pick it up by hand and throw it in your bowl. Cashier will ignore you and pack bags of nachos for future guests. Management Marlon would rather call the customers crazy than correct his team. He is very disrespectful and needs to do a brewery job keeping that location clean. Health department should investigate."
"By far this was the WORST Chipotle experience i have ever had. The food is CRUSHED. I spent $50 for nothing! They packaged everything so wrong that everything was smushed, you can obviously see how little food they put into it… horrible… and they were so cheap that they couldn’t even give me a double bag for an order this heavy, there was leakage on the bottom of the bag because of how they smushed everything in!! I’m so angry I don’t know what to do. Barely any food, smushed packaging, i should really go ask for a refund. Or maybe i should stop doing mobile orders so that i can watch them put the portions into the bowl and make sure they package it all properly. Its only 3 minutes away from my house and convenient.. Update: they contacted me and apologized for the packaging and the small portions. They gave me a free entree so at least they cared. So now i give them 4 stars. I guess that was just a bad experience before, maybe i will do separate orders in the future to make sure that they package everyones order in separate bags."
