"I actually hate this wingstop. The worst service ever. Everytime I order I’m missing items. They never refund you for your missing items. Last time I ordered for my family and my grandma found a bug in her sweet tea. This place needs to be inspected or shut down. It’s clearly run by underpaid teenagers who couldn’t care less."

"This is the second time I had to return because of incorrect order. This last time I bought The Latto meal, which included 21 bone in wings. I received 12 wings, 6 bone in and 6 bone less. I bought it thru Uber, paid an exorbitant price and ended up having to go back to the store. At the store, I very nicely ask the cashier if I can have a free drink because of the inconvenience of having to return and wait for the correct order. She went to the back and ask and came back and told me no. Imagine the nerve of paying Uber fees and tip and still having to come to the store because of their mistake and they couldn't make amends by giving me a free drink. That's how black people are treated by their own in black neighborhoods."

"I ordered online and was told the wait was 43 - 48 minutes for pickup. I arrived as indicated only to wait 30 more minutes. The cashier and the folk in the kitchen were all on their phones. The manager was worse AND UNINVOLVED. Got home 5 minutes later to COLD and hard chicken wings. It was an expensive lesson. Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning."
