"I recently visited Island Burger and unfortunately, the cashier, Antonetta, displayed a shockingly bad and nonchalant attitude that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I placed an order and was surprised to find that I was charged more than the advertised price. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, her response was “I don’t know what to tell you”, then she proceeded to walk away. The cashier didn't seem to care about rectifying the mistake. At this point, I just wanted my food and I no longer cared to further acknowledge her. When my order was ready, I asked for a bag because the way the order was handed to me, it would’ve been hard for me to travel with. Antonetta looked at me and said “10 cents”. I explained to her that I did not have any change, to where she then suggested that I can Apple Pay it… 10 cents. So when I am overcharged for my order, your response is, “you don’t know what to tell me”, but you want to try to charge me for a bag after I just spent $14 on you guys’ food, and it wasn’t even the correct price? Please. I proceeded to leave. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with the Island Burger staff. I believe that businesses should prioritize training and support for their staff to ensure that customers are treated with respect and kindness. A bad attitude from an employee reflects poorly on the entire company. If you want a nasty attitude with a side of wings, I would recommend this restaurant to you!"

"I came in to make a take out order, the two girls at the register clearly don’t take work seriously on Friday’s. I made my order & waited around 20 mins, then asked how much longer it would be. Who told me to ask her that, she gave nothing but attitude & sarcasm in return. On top of that I’m 100% sure my burger was undercooked, will be attaching photos. If you could go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money then do it. I called several times afterwards to speak to a manager and they keep picking up the phone and not saying anything. Ridiculous."

"Food was delicious as usually. This time ..my first time at this location and the service was great especially from Judy. She is such a warm and friendly person. Customers will return because of her. Thank you!"
