Island Burger

"Island burger is usually my Go to! I did uber eats and the food was COLD !! Fries was hard and I ask for exra sauce’s and it was not given to me even after I said I’ll pay the extra fee . The food portion was very small as if it was rushed. Extremely upset I lost my appetite. I would have drove over there to give the food back but I have a newborn in the house with me and my fiancé is at work so I can’t leave . Smfh highly upset . Wish I can get my money back ."

"This place does not read specific instructions for orders and CONSTANTLY mess up the orders to begin with. If I highlight an allergy it’s disregarded and they still send the food I am allergic to. If I ask for sauce and tell them please charge me extra if needed they still don’t send it. THE WORST SERVICE ALIVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER"

"One thing for sure two things for certain. You used to get your money's worth at island burger. But the size of this burger I bought today was ridiculous! The extras I paid for didn't come and they added toppings I didn't want. I don't might paying for food but it should be quality!! Felt like it was a McDonald's burger!!!!"

"I have been buying from Island Burger for 3 years now and it’s just getting worse and worse. Every time I say let me support my neighborhood black-owned restaurant I get disappointed. Usually, they use a white box this time everything was stuffed in this small brown box. Let’s talk about the burger patty that’s not 8oz as stated on the mention and is usually bigger and fuller they started giving low quality and mind you the price raised this is crazy, the fries are also hard. I’m done this is my last time I wasn’t going to do a review but I think it will help them after seeing better what they are serving because people are spending their coins they’re not begging. The customer service needs to work on they have been hiring young girls whose attitude is very nasty towards customers and they are not welcoming at all. Do better, please."

"Since you guys turned off the review via the Uberapp thought I’d rest it here. As of today 10/21/23 I ordered the shrimp and fish combo via Uber with high hopes, but unfortunately it was a let down. Delivery timeframe was quick but when food arrived it was cold(Seemed like a previous order which was sitting out) The fish and fries were hard as rock and the shrimps looked steams nowhere near grilled. I expected more from a place with such positive reviews. Hopefully you guys can improve your service and kitchen efficiency."
