"Very good experience with Jerome and Steve but the free delivery and installation burned me. They hooked up the water backwards. I shrunk my wife's clothes. She thought she was gaining weight. I thought I was gaining weight. We both bought new clothes, somehow my weight and waist size remained the same. By the time I figured it out, I had to pay for a new wardrobe, a gym membership, a trainer and a shrink. The delivery and installation guys have 3 things to do: remove the old washer, install the new washing machine properly and do not damage anything. They did 2 out of 3. Next time, I'll install it myself. HOT to HOT, COLD to COLD. It's not hard. Maybe the guy did it on purpose? I tipped him 100 bucks trying to be nice. I even had the old washing machine at the front door and pulled the dryer out of the way for better access."
