"The place is nice and the food was delicious. Ambience was perfect for a relaxed dinner. Food was served quite fast once the order was placed. The staff and waiters were all very nice and friendly. It's noteworthy to mention, there's a 20% (!) charge on all dine-in orders. I think that's a lot, and it's not even optional, they call it "hospitality fee", whatever that means. Oh, and they still ask you for gratuity when returning the bill. I found it to be a bit distasteful (no pun intended)."

"Was just there for friend's birthday. Extremely fancy in-house decor and we found a very cozy spot. The service was EXCELLENT. Food came fast, they were very respectful and did not bother us much (but only to give us more water which was very nice of them! ;). Their menu seemed grand too! I personally found the food tasting more to the 'typical side' - even milkshake was okay But all in all, it was a nice experience and if you like milchigs then definitely give it a try!!!!!!!"

"Good Italian restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn. The pizzas are really good and are done in Napolitano style. The service was good but the waitress was not very attentive to our demand and my wife's order returned and reprepared. Otherwise this is clean and quiet place."

"Urbana is a my favourite ; an upscale dairy gem restaurant nestled in the center of Boro park.. Food was delicious as usual. Each dish was presented beautifully and a treat for the (my!) tastebuds.. the service was phenomenal. Special shout out to Daniel for being so generous and helpful! Must try : the warm haloumi salad is insanely delicious! And the Crème brûlée dessert."
