"My daughter and I were making a day of dress shopping. We knew it would be busy so we put up our patients and just wanted to enjoy the day together. We came across omnibus in our travels and went in. WE DID NOT KNOW, you needed an appointment. My daughter had dresses in her hand walking around picking our haul. A sales clerk walked up asked her if she had an appointment, literally snatched the dresses out of her hand and said “well come back later when you do”. I’m not sure she could’ve been more rude about it. Honestly, there wasn’t that special of a selection to be that snobby about it. Won’t ever go back!"

"I made an appointment at Omnibus in Babylon for my daughter and her best friend to buy their proms dresses. It was a fabulous experience. Each girl was assigned a consultant that helped them pick out dresses and fit them appropriately. The consultants were fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the girls feel comfortable and didn't pressure them at all. The selection of dresses and sizes was perfect. I will shop at Omnibus again for sure."
