"Purchase this dress for my daughter, and it wasn't until after she was wearing it I noticed that the seams in the back were not sewn together. It was not ripped it doesn't have any thread there, the stitches were simply missed and it was defective from the time of manufacturing. I called the boutique and ask them if they would take it back for an exchange not a refund and I was met with their two week policy, and worn merchandise, etc. This boutique does not stand by what they sell, I would avoid this place at all costs. This was one item of an over $500 purchase that day. You would think they would stand by the products that they sell. Avoid avoid avoid."

"The place is very pretty and well organized. The clothes however are overpriced, poor quality, and the company does not stand by their product. I bought the bustier you see in the pictures below a week ago. (4/30/2022) My daughter wore it once and the underwires came out. I tried to exchange it, but the cashier informed me that since that's not how it left the store, she cannot exchange it for us. (5/8/2022) I did not ask for a refund, I asked for an exchange, however she told us that she doesn't know what we did to it, so she can't take it back. Clearly a piece of cheap clothing is more important than keeping a client that spent almost $300 the first time we visited the store."

"I shopped at this boutique just last weekend for some Christmas gifts for my sister. The young women in the store were incredibly kind and made me fell confident about my selections. I was a little concerned since my sister and I have very different taste and are far apart in age. They were helpful. It was also wonderful to be offered boxes and wrapping. These are the not so little things that count and that make a wonderful experience. Thank you to the young women who helped make my time at Graffiti Boutique pleasant. I can't wait to give these presents to my sister. I will be back!"
