"These idiots at the geek squad could not fix my problem and why would they because the problem wasn't theirs. My laptop glitched and deleted a whole year's work. I went to this store with tears pleading for someone's help. The first guy told me he couldn't fix it within 3 min of trying. Next guy within 5 min said he couldn't. My college educated daughter did it in 20 minutes.. They weren't geeks at all. They were lazy and not helpful."
