"There is a lot more to see and choose from than other Best Buys in the area. We bought a dishwasher, and the process was extremely quick. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would 100% return."

"I am very disappointed with the service I received at Best Buy in Valley Stream. I placed an in-store pick-up at 4:00 PM EST, and as advertised by Best Buy, pick-up will be available in one hour. I didn't receive an email stating the items were ready for pick - up, and decided to go to the store for additional assistance because you can't call the store directly. The staff members, including the manager, did not provide me with direct answers. I was informed to call the customer service number , and they will be able to provide me with additional information. In most cases, the staff at the store call customer service for additional assistance. After speaking with four customer service agents (in two days), the items were processed. When the items were ready for pick -up, the gentleman at the counter handed me the items without a bag. The staff members need to be re-trained ASAP."

"I would give them zero stars if I could... the one star is for the ONE associate at checkout who smiled and answered my question after I walked around the store and saw NO-ONE and then I waited behind 13 people to get to the front of the line - to ask a simple question. One associate who was hovering/chatting behind the counter made eye contact with me briefly to whom I asked where I could find the product I wanted to buy - he BLATANTLY ignored me and walked away. The only reason I went to this location was because it had the item available that I needed and then a few hours later I had a flight to catch. The miserable, unprofessional and rude associate only confirmed why I hadn't visited Green Acres Best Buy in years. I feel sorry for the public who'll be visiting here with Christmas coming up - hopefully they'll get the nice lady behind the checkout..."

"The delivery guys were very rude, made a purchase for a new washer and a stove however upon arrival the first time the Spanish delivery guy was very nice explained everything to us, finding out we can’t use the electric stove so we went in and made an exchange for a gas stove instead … my husband even paid him to take away the old stove and washer we had and he did… the second time the new stove came, upon arrival the delivery guy was very rude when walked in my house and I nicely was telling the guy that the old stove I have in my kitchen have to go downstairs and bring the new one in my kitchen, the guy mood changed and said that he can help me take the old stove downstairs and install my new stove, he made it clear he can’t and I have to request best buy and pay them to help me move the stove from upstairs to downstairs… I even offered him I’ll pay and the first time I paid the guys…. However Best Buy sent the wrong order even tho I went into the store and the customer service guy told me he did the exchange and Friday I’ll receive my stove, also he was the one that told me an electric stove you just have to plug in and start using when I specifically ask him if I needed new wiring and new current set up as my house is only 110v, he said no so I went ahead and purchased the electric stove. When the other delivery guy came he explained what I needed so I couldn’t use the electric stove and made a return as I went back to valley stream Best Buy so now am out of a stove for 3 days I can’t cook and waisting money buying food, with their negligence. And above all no one can’t help me out, I have to wait 24 hours to call back, am very dissatisfied with my very first purchase from best buy."

"Very bad experience, staff are not helpful and they are spending their time by chitchatting and not helping. I am on visit from Dubai and came all the way to buy some stuff but due to unprofessional behavior, not gonna buy anything and worst part is that so called customer service manager was even more unprofessional and rather than listening my issue, was arguing !! I believe they are onboarded without customer services training. Good luck to owners !!"
