"I have gone to lulus so many times and the owner and workers are so unbelievably nice and helpful they are always smiling and looking to help you find something that looks good on you. i’m very tall and have trouble finding jeans the owner didn’t stop helping me until i found the jeans i loved and after ringing me up i walked out with a pair of jeans that fit me well. It’s always such an amazing shopping experience at lulus!"

"walked in lulus of merrick and my daughter was in the dressing room for 45 minutes we were looking for a dress for the 8th grade dance and we asked the owner store policy of returns because she wasn’t sure if she really liked the dress and he was unbelievably rude and obnoxious and said my daughter took to long in the dressing room and tried to many dresses on i thought that was the purpose of shopping she is only 13 and undecided the man and the girl should be ashamed of themselves for treating us like that for no reason because we wanted to know store policy so if u shop there be quick they don’t care about your feelings or what u are shopping for only your money and i had the money but was not going to waste if she was undecided and especially the way i was treated and told me to get the hell out of his store"
