It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we needed help but asked if she can check my mom shopping bag. Unfortunately, due to my negative experience at the store, I didn't end up making a purchase, even though I had planned to buy a bag."
"Beautiful store, wonderful service. Love the black nylon handbag & cosmetic bag line, they last long & doesn't go out of style. If anything breaks Prada will fix it for a small fee even after 10 years. Haven't bought another brand of bag in years. Love my briefcase as well, use it every day & it's still in great shape."
"I have to give Prada Manhasset 5 Stars. I have purchased two purses at this location. One for my wife, and one for my mother. Both purchases the staff was extremely helpful. For my wife's purse they ordered and held the purse until I was able to look at it in person. I had a similar experience for my mother's purchase. Staff is very polished and courteous."
