White Castle

"It's white castle so like the food is just OK no matter how good. This place gets ur order right like all the time. Even put them extra pickles on my sliders! It's a 2am staple for the area. Newer drive thru is very short, so when they're busy is kinda hard to get in line, only 3 cars fit before the speaker... Bad redesign"

"This is the 2nd time my food was not at the proper temperature someone is going to get sick with Foodborne illness the burgers will look cool, not even hot. The cheese was not even melted. I called the store spoke to the supervisor Miss Hernandez. She was very nasty told me the only thing she could do is give me a discount. Then I asked for the corporate phone number she says I don’t have it with an attitude. This is not the proper way for any manager other store or supervisor to talk to customers so I had to look up the phone number myself and call customer service at White Castle and got a nice gentleman called John, he said he was a supervisor and will make sure that this problem will be addressed and to get my money back!! Next time I will have my temperature gun with me take a picture of the receipt and the food temperature and I will post it showing they’re not cooking the food, the proper way, especially if the customer asked to make sure the food is hot and off the grill! I am Spanish myself, but these people come here thinking it’s their way and don’t care about the franchise of white castles and how to treat customers they’re gonna lose their business. Sorry to say it but I did or some one is going to get very sick because the food is not at proper temperature!!"

"Granted, I went at 1:30 in the morning but the buns actually tasted stale and the meat was a bit dry. Normally it's not bad there so maybe it was just a bad day, but when you can't finish more than 3 White Castles... that's pretty bad."

"The food is good always has been. But i am getting disappointed in the service from drive thru. I asked for a number one large with a coke no pickles no cheese and two extra sliders same way. I get two sliders and two chicken sliders. Like really? He didnt repeat my order or ask if i wanted any sauce. He just basically handed like here take it. I work a 20 minute drive so when i got back i see this……."

"First time trying White Castle after moving to New York.We don't have these in Texas but may be similar versions like Inn and Out.Had the original sliders and shrimp nibblers.Tasted real good.Was made fresh to order and fast.Nice for a easy quick meal.Tried these in Commack on the way back from a weekend errand.Overall a nice fast food chain for their famous sliders!"
