"Bought a catalytic converter. After 6 months check engine light came on. Called them for a replacement the owner or manager barry, very rude guy and doesn't wanna give me a replacement. I have been doing business with them for 6+ years at 5 different locations. BARRY said, " STOP ordering from US I'm doing a lot a business with party Authority I don't need you guys". They use to be very good not gonna lie very good service and great people but within the last year or so they not the same. Very Disappointed."

"Bought a catalytic converter from them and it was much smaller than the one needed in my car and the light came right back up for the catalytic converter which was the only problem in the car, called and the owner and he starts giving me excuses, said no warranties or exchanges, despite the fact it was my first time dealing with them. There quick to sell you something and don’t even disclose there’s no warranty until the part is purchased. Sorry but horrible place to deal with."

Then he shipped out my order the same day and i got my package the next day. Very trustworthy and great place to get car parts. 5/5."
