"What more can I say. They have what you need in a pinch, but don't expect to put your order in and leave in 15-20 min that just won't happen here! I have waited up to an hour for my orders, And thats just plain ridiculous. There are other distributors you can go to, but some are further or dont carry what you want. All in all east coast needs a better system. They operate like its still 1990's.. Today is 6/10/2022. So a year later someone replied to this review..... sounds about right. I mean I wasn't waiting for a reply but the timeliness of the reply Proves alot. Just be prepared to wait."

"place sucks. signed up for wholesale pricing over 3 weeks ago and never heard from them. Even called and emailed multiple times. I guess they have enough business and don't need any more. What a waste of time!!!!! Follow up: This was 5 years ago. Why are they only responding now. Told you this place is horrible. Do yourself a favor don't use them. Many other places much better and really care about their customers!!"
