"Ordered a large pie for delivery for myself and my kids. The pizza restaurant called me 45min later to tell me they can't deliver after all. After getting dressed and driving to the pizza place I was given a cold and tasteless pizza. And they insisted on charging full price! Never will I go there again."

"I will NEVER and when I say NEVER I mean NEVER order from here again ! I’ve ordered from this place numerous amount of times, but this time the food was HORRIBLE, I ordered the Wood (inwood) special, order the food at 4:22 didn’t receive it until 5:47. Pizza pie was cold ! Wasn’t even hot at all but I still decided to heat it up and not complain because my kids needed to eat, the were okay until I finally seen that it was chicken feathers in my chicken (on the last wing at that imagine how annoyed I am at that point) THEN TO OPEN THE SALAD ! And see square cheese pieces cut into a decoration with OLD thick Salami meat in it had me livid ! I called the slice app and they spoke with them I was on hold and informed the restaurant said it was nothing they could do BUT offer me 50% off my next purchase (as if I was ever gonna order from them again) then I called the restaurant MYSELF ! I could hear the owner in the back telling the man that he’d call me back avoiding to get on the phone… I let him know that I didn’t need a call back and that I would inform the health department of this because it is no way I should have received food like that! They called slice back which made them contact me saying it’s the company policy to come get the food to see if they will give a refund and that they wanted to send a driver , I let them know to deliver the message to the owner it is no need my kids already ate majority of the pizza that I had to HEAT UP upon arrival and that I don’t have to prove anything to anyone and that I will still be proceeding with contacting the health department! Will HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE& FOOD !"

"My first time coming into this pizza spot and they took a long time to serve me …. It was like I was invisible standing there… won’t get my money anymore. It wasn’t even busy smh … not very friendly or welcoming as a business"

"After moving into the area 4 years ago this was the only pizza in this general area that fit the definition of alright. Coming from an area with many options of high quality pizza we were disappointed. However this has been our go to place since then. As of today we will no longer be ordering from them as we are repulsed by their actions. Never in my life has a delivery place taken food back, even if it wasn't your order. They typically cut their losses and have to correct their own mistakes. Today we got not only our order but somebody else's, they retrieved the pizza and lord I hope did not deliver it to the person who ordered it. That is unsanitary for so many reason and I hope for their future customers never do it again!!"
