"I work at the Goodyear at Lawrence and I usually come to South Shore Pizza on my break. This is not some typical New York Pizza Place. The sauce and cheese has its own unique taste that I can’t get enough of. And I absolutely recommend it you won’t be disappointed!"

"If I could give NO STARS for this place I would. I ordered a pepperoni pie from this establishment at 7:21pm, and spoke with young lady Victoria who took the order. At 7:37pm I called to inform them when the food arrives I would like a call, the gentleman who answered the phone that time told me the food was already out for delivery and should be to me in 12 mins. I said not a problem, but then at 8:02pm when I realized the food still hasn’t arrived, I called and was told by Victoria that they couldn’t find the delivery guy, and that she was waiting for him to come back to put the pizza in the oven so it’s fresh, I then said okay again. At 8:40pm, I called again and asked for status of this delivery, she told me the food is on its way, and she sent a free coke, and apologized for it being late. Btw, this establishment is about 15 mins from my home. At 8:53pm, I CALLED AGAIN, to cancel my order. She then says again it’s on its way, at this point these people are lying to me. Here’s my issue, I understand that businesses get overwhelmed, but a courtesy call would be appreciated. Instead I had to keep calling to find out where my food is. I then asked Victoria to speak to a manager, she lied again and told me a manager wasn’t there, but then someone by the name of George took the phone from her and said he was a manager. He tries to BLAME the order being late on the delivery guy, when these people just forgot to make my order. He responded and said he would call back after finding out where the delivery guy was but never did. This delivery guy showed up to my home at 9:20pm, with cold, disheveled pizza, and two different tickets. I took a picture of the pizza which you will see attached to this post, returned it to the delivery man and told him I WAS NOT PAYING $30 for something I waited over 2 HOURS for and it looked like that. I tried calling the pizza shop back and I guess they decided to ignore my call, because they knew what they sent to my home was UNACCEPTABLE. LONG STORY SHORT, I UNDERSTAND A BUSINESS MAY GET BUSY, but this pizzeria’s customer service is TRASH, and the food is EVEN WORSE. If you don’t play about your food and don’t want your time wasted DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. It’s very clear those previous reviews were bought."

"This is very disrespectful packaging food like this. What are this Mexicans thinking about? That the customers won’t realize the quality of food when they open up? ALL CARBONIZED BURNT BREAD AND CHICKEN, had to toss it to the thrash since it was not edible. WORST PIZZERIA NOT RECOMMENDED."
