"I'm not normally one to give a negative rating, however there was an issue with my order that I placed online with this particular business, and the owner of the business had no resolution for my problem, which is absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered food for my team at work, and the sandwiches were wrapped so poorly, the deli paper was soaked, one foot long was torn in half, another sandwich had a hole in it. I simply asked for a resolution because I am embarrassed to serve food in this condition to my team. The owner responded as if it was comical, and kept on saying "I just don't understand how this happened." I will not be ordering from here ever again. Zero stars if it were possible."

"I see people rating establishments aggressively low based on criteria that isn’t fair. We came in, ordered and were out in less than five. The sandwich was somewhat just alright but at the same time it hit the spot pretty damn nicely. Cookies were good too although they missed one of them in the bag. We got what we came for and that’s why I’m giving it five stars."
