"There’s a Middle Eastern lady who works at the Rainbows in this location by Fulton and crescent street, she’s the only Middle eastern older lady with glasses who works there and she’s very rude. Honestly some people really don’t need to be in customer service and she should be fired. I always came to this rainbows and one day purchased a ring light. The very next day I go back with a receipt in my hand asking for another bag because the one I got the day before broke, it was pouring raining out and she gave me such an attitude telling me “she’ll give me a bag this time but to not ask for another bag again”. I never came in there before asking for anything, I spend a lot of money in there if anything…and simply needed another bag for my ring light as I was clearly traveling with my suitcase on my way to a show, it was raining hard, my other rainbow bag ripped and I just purchased from this store a day before. I wasn’t a random person just coming into the store asking for a bag. HR really needs to look into this lady’s behavior and not have her there because she can really hinder your business and not have customers wanting to return. No one should work there or in customer service period with her negative disgusting energy."

Every time I come here, I gotta leave because I feel like I can't control myself, which is why I don't go often.
