"This Starbucks has to be the worst ran location on the south shore of Long Island. Coffee is always watered down, when you order through the drive through, the staff gets your order wrong at least on a third of the visits, then lastly, they can’t even follow simple directions to make your coffee right. It’s come to the point that I rather just make my own coffee at the 7 Eleven two blocks north of them on Straight Path."
"Barista was very rude. Tried ordering several times but she was too busy restocking the straws. When she finally took our order she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Then her boss came and she acted like a whole new person. Became polite and helpful."
