"This cafe is pretty quiet. Which we liked it. We ordered pizza, sandwich and tea. And the employees wanted us to leave asap It was before 9pm lol. We ordered food and waited for 20mins. No one let us know that food was ready. An employee who has bright eyebrows was the only kind one in this cafe."
"Nice food but the people who serve food are not professional nor friendly. One time I asked for the toothpick on the sandwich and the food service lady was so mad (I think she is new) and she stabbed the sandwich with the toothpick. Another time, they took away my coke cup and said they gave it to me already. When they found out they had bad memory, there was no sorry."
"Everything that could be wrong... Went wrong. The offer of 1 dólar soup, with paid entree. Was only offered over the app. (I didn't have the app) Then I was waiting and waiting for my food to come out. And after several minutes ( I think about 25) I approach the window, and ask how long it will take, my food to be ready. And the lady told me. It was out already. I said, it's impossible. Because I was the whole time in front of the window and the food never came. So she rush to make our sandwiches. Only to realize, that they weren't that great... I'm sorry about the whole experience. I will think twice before I come back."
"The place is utter trash run by mgr who have zero customer service skills. Three time ive had the order wrong. And have to return. No im sorry. No let me help. All attitude. They need better workers and better training. For 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and three soups its 50.00 and than its all wrong. And than i have to back and the workers are annoyed that im not happy with the wrong order. The store is so poorly run. The mgmt should be better. ."
"Panera Bread pricing has gotten out of control. $21 for a half a sandwich a bowl of soup and a fountain drink. All the Paneras are so beat up and dated. The East Meadow location is falling a part. They better step up there game before it is to late. The North Babylon / Deer Park location went out of business recently. FYI all the comments about waiting on line with one cashier is true. They have one person at lunch. You spend your hole lunch break on line."
