"Poor and unfriendly customer service!!! Staff lacks professionalism and is full of attitude and nasty!!! For two months straight and practically night, I spent close $200 for a very high profile and award winning recording artist, and I still was treated with nasty attitudes from the girls that worked there. However, there is one employee who is exceptional and his name is Xavier! If you get him, he will treat you like a customer, you will be pleased with your food/order and service."

"Bare Naked Bowl at Hempstead Turnpike. Manager Nikki and staff member named Adriana. The worst people to deal with. I am a regular customer and goes 2-3 times a week. I asked for 3 16oz acai bowl -no granola Only chia seeds blue berries n nutella. She put very small amount of nutella and i told her can u pls put a decent amount of nitella. She said i will be charged extra. I said leave it. She handed me a receipt and to my surprise i was charged $3 for granola which wasnt in the bowl. There was no extra base or granola n they charged me $3 I refused to take the food n told them to return my money. Worst manager n staff ever i have encountered ever. Will never go back to this store n location. Attached is the receipt of the proof. Horrible experience!"

"It’s good, but I can’t say that it’s a proper meal replacement. I’ve tried Açaí bowls a few times before and wanted to check out this spot after a workout. Service was great, shop is nicely designed and clean As for the bowl itself, it turned out to be a dessert more than anything else. I didn’t particularly feel healthy eating it, but maybe that’s just my taste pallet. It was flavorful but the açaí in particular was very sweet with the addition of fruits etc. it was overly sweet for me. They do have multiple other bases that could potentially be less sweet, I would happily try the coconut one or mix a couple of other ones together for balance. I would be curious to try some of their smoothies and see other products that they have in the future."
