"Im a regular or at least WAS a regular until the managers switched. Every time i would walk into this dunkin and see omar and his lovely staff it would brighten up my day but as i kept comming in i started to notice less and less of the crew that has been working here for years. The new staff here are idiots, constantly messing up food and drinks and the manager acts like he has no idea whats going on. The donuts are stale the muffins are old the bathroom is disgusting the whole place is dirty and the staff is a joke. this place needs to be shut down"

It is nice to know when I go to DD in Wantagh that the young lady with the red hair is going to deliver my order correctly, swiftly and with a smile. I really appreciate her efforts! Whatever happened to service with a smile and good morning, how may I help you and a thankyou for coming. nobody was rude they just aren't happy people. iced coffee was not good. They Need a good manager to get that place up to Dunkin standards."
