"I call at 2:57 on February 4th to ask a question, a young lady picked up the call and said I dunno to my question, I asked if she was at Starbucks because if she was she would've been able to easily answer, after I asked she just hanged up on me."

"When you order a drink and they make a mistake with the size the refuse to correct it or if they offer to correct it you have to wait u til all other orders are done. I cannot Lois my wait there all day because people are constantly ordering via mobile app and coming into the store. Then they lie and say that you were not charged for the drink you requested when you did. Make sure if you are paying cash that you get a receipt or better yet drive 5 minutes out of the way and go to new hyde park. Unbelievable 8/16/23. Decided to give them another try. When I picked up my drink I asked if they used almond milk to be 100 percent sure. Oh yes of course we did. Absolutely false I took two sips and immediately got sick while driving on the LIE in morning rush hour traffic. Lesson learned"
