"They consistently get orders incorrect. I ordered the Chicken Tinga with no cheese on the Chopt app, and when I'm about to dig in I see cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. I can't have cheese! And they screwed up my wife's order too. Gave her cauliflower rice instead of what she asked for. And the cauliflower rice wasn't even good at that. Never again am I going to this location. If you do decide to go, best be sure to check your food before you leave. The Chopt in Mamaroneck is much better!"

"Tasty salad bowl. I got cauliflower rice and there is a lot of residual liquid in my bowl. Nevertheless, I have no further complaints. Restrooms are present. Service staff is nice. Ample parking because it is situated in a complex."

"Was a regular until I received a salad with a giant bug in it tonight. When Chopt first opened here it was soooo good but the salads haven't been great lately. So disappointing. Tonight I got a salad and it tasted great for the first time in a while and then once i reached about 3/4 through my salad I found a bug in it. I will attach photos."
