"I didn't want to leave this review, but when the staff is rude and disrespectful, I had to share it. I went to this location several times for a few years now and the service went from good to worse. I had horrible and rude encounters in the past couple of weeks. It doesn't matter how busy or slow this location gets, they seem to always mess up my order. A few days ago, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a rock, burnt not toasted and the cream cheese was thrown on it, not even spread, it was inedible. Today, I went in to get my mobile order, it was missing items. The floors were dirty with napkins, paper, and liquid spillage. My shoes became sticky from the floors. I still had to wait for my coffee, every though it was not busy at 7:45 AM today. However, the afternoon shift does a better job. At least the floors are clean, and the staff is friendlier."
"I don't get why all dunkins are run fully by indians...the staff there barely understand English and kept messing up my order. They pretend not to hear you...when you tell them about filling the entire cup with ice..."

"Gita needs to be more aware what she’s making there was a piece of bacon near my croissant egg and cheese while it was being toasted and she continued to leave it in there when making other orders. I don’t eat pork it’s against my religion and now I have a sandwich that touched it… you would think they would keep an eye for stuff like that cause Bengalis are Muslim too. Her coworker which was very nice had to explain the order 3 times cause she wasn’t processing how to light toast a sandwich.. the star rating is for the other representative running the register but for Gita I would have left zero stars"
"Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins I'd ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. I've received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location, too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? I've never had this problem at other Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I won't be coming here again."
