"Long beach NY is a beautiful place to live, it doesn't deserve this kind treatment to it's community. McDonald's upper management, is time to take notice on this issue. Wendy's at Austin Blvd doesn't treat people like rats, they serve with quality and professionalism. Where to start: At night there's this chubby African American girl that looks like Lizzo the artist and this tall skinny man who both deserve to be working as parking lots cleanners, also in the morning there's a bold African American short man who's supposedly the manager but talk to you with no manners at all. Once you get into offence by demanding your rights as a customer or delivery driver they feel offended and threat on you by calling the cops if you don't leave the location. I mean, Excuse me! What happened to the quote "The customer is always right"? I guess it doesn't apply anymore. Bottom line, the skinny African American female manager at night is the only one doing her job besides the kitchen ladies, the kitchen ladies help you more than those Three unprofessional individuals I mentioned above. You're treated bad and disrespected as a delivery driver or a customer. Is time for a deep investigation in this location McDonald's. Living in Long Beach New York is not cheap, people spend lost of money in this place and the least they expect is a decent customer service and treatment."

"Let me start with the fat Lizzo reject working the register. She's rude, lazy and has a serious attitude. Put this employee in the bathroom cleaning toilets (if she can fit!) where she's better suited to work. The manager with the tattoo on her forearm is no better. Lazy, rude and has a real chip on her shoulder. She should go back to school and learn a trade to better her life, rather than trying to make your customers as miserable as she clearly is."

"My first issue with this location, it took six times thru the drive thru to get eggs on my steak egg and cheese sandwich.That was one time. The second time worth mentioning was just today, my sandwich came with mold on the bottom side of the bagel, I'll post a picture with this post... To top it off when returning for a Refund the women casher was obnoxious and aggressive towards my mother who was making the return. She also tried not giving a full refund for my whole order even though everything was brought back even the coffee. The coffee is also declining at this location... It never tastes consistent. I hate leaving nasty reviews I truly do, however I like to consider everyone on this planet my neighbor and feel they should be slightly more aware of the lack of QC when eating at this establishment."

"If I could rate this place less stars I would , the cashier was nice but the other members weren’t attending they took a long time to get our order and they got it wrong, missing items made my friend Throw up that’s how bad the food was , they kicked us out when we still had food on the table saying it was busy when there was no one. They also had staring problems me and my friends were just talking and they were bothered by it."

"Service was quick and restaurant was clean. There was only one stall in the bathrooms. It's close to the beach. One of the cashiers was a bit unprofessional. I will not get into details into what she did. I just think she needs to be more careful when speaking to her fellow coworkers and her customers."
