"I order hash brown this place is terrible in making thier food how do you mess up on hash brown it was even hot and there’s something on my food gross"

"This place needs to get employees who really like to work! How are they going to pack 3 happy meals one empty box, second without fries, third without fries nor apple slice! This is not the first time we receive an incomplete order and we PAY for our food! The owner/manager/supervisors are not doing good with selecting employees."

"The food here is usually prepared well and quickly. However, the workers....your staff... some of them are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order and as I waited to pick it up, I overheard two Spanish female workers loudly repeating my name on the mobile order and mocking it. Such behavior is so childish. I don't think their frontal lobes are developed. Anywho, McDonald's needs to give those two workers additional culture sensitivity seminars and discipline them. Like how are you in customer service and such a trashy individual....damnn. I took a picture of them as proof. They are the two short ladies dressed in black. Hope someone does something abt their behavior."

"This is the worst McDonald’s ever . The service is horrible and the manager is disrespectful. I was using the McDonald’s app while in drive thru and ordered myself a coffee Me not realizing till after I paid it had a totally different store which I never been too . I go inside to speak to the manager when I aam one of the team members for the manager the manager (her name is Anita ) looked like she didn’t want to be bothered ( if you don’t like your job find another one) I just wanted too show her what happen and see if she can let me order the same thing and get the coffee for a dollar . She says no you have to cancel it . Knowing damn well you can’t cancel from the McDonald’s app and if I call the other location nobody is going to pick it up . It’s insane how the treat people here especially black people . I come here a lot of for coffee when I am heading to city or back. I’m not some guy trying to finesse the system over a damn dollar ice coffee . I told her I would be writing a review about her lol. I sound like a Karen but I take respect personally. Especially when I am professional and have never had no issues even though ya are really slow here and disorganized . I don’t call for people’s job but she needs to be replaced immediately."

"One of the most well run Mc. Donald's I have ever been to. The place is spotless and clean. There are 2 kiosks to order food as well as an associate taking orders. They also have a drive-thru service. Unlimited drink refills here. What I especially love is the female security guard posted to keep teenagers from causing trouble.She is truly professional. So this isn't a hang out for rowdy teens. Plenty of parking too and the place is open 24 hours a day."
