"I got the Flagship, basil, and tomato sandwich. I really liked the cheese and bread, but hardly any tomato. I waited a while and then someone else took my sandwich by accident. When I told them, they said they would get right on it. It was still taking a while and my flight was doing final boarding call, so I left. Here's why I say 4 for service: I am on the plane, they've just closed the doors, and a flight attendant asks if someone ordered a sandwich. The server had run my sandwich down to the plane. Whoever she is, that's some dedication!"
"I can’t figure out why the Port Authority would make LGA customers wait 10 minutes for simple food at an AIRPORT. The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is delicious but apparently they make a tray of them at a time, so you wait. Even the coffee takes a good 5 mins. And they finally had to switch to self-service ordering kiosks because they couldn’t handle the volume of customers. There’s always a long line in the morning. So it’s a miserable, slow experience. If you like coffee in the morning, I advise you to get coffee upstairs where the stores are, before you come down the escalators in Terminal B."
