"I have visited this location before and have usually had an okay experience, but today was different. As I understand, Sundays are a usual busy day, and I don't put blame on the employees because they are usually understaffed by evening to night. It was quite a horror to see my favorite crew struggling with the rude customers and doing multiple tasks on their own. I came in around 3-4 pm. and ordered my stuff, and as usual, it came out delicious, but just after I received my items, it got busy really badly. I tried to mind my business doing my work on my laptop, but I couldn't help but feel sad but also amazed by how well the barista handled herself while her boss was on his break.. I asked for her name, and she said it was Tiffany. She was just a sweetheart truly. Even if there were mistakes on the orders that she or her coworker made on the drinks, she would always say it's okay with a smile on her face and remake it. She ofc mumble under her breath a bit, but it's understandable considering how many drinks she had to do all on her own. But that still didn't stop her from talking to the regulars and joking with her co-workers. I might come around this location a lot more since the crew tonight seems so fun and sweet. P.S. (to Starbucks Corporate) I really do think the baristas in this location deserve a lot of respect for how much they do and how kind they are. Give them a raise! ;)"

"I recently moved to the area, and naturally visited various coffee shops to find a place where I'd feel comfortable going on a frequent basis. I visited several business, including some which weren't Starbucks. I discovered multiple Starbucks in the area, went to each one a few times, but I've decided that the Bay Terrace location is my favorite, and mainly because of the excellent staff at this location. Every Starbucks I visited in the area was good, at the very least; I have no complaints about any of them. However, the Starbucks in Bay Terrace stood out, and in an excellent way. I have to specifically commend Destinee, who works there as a barista. I had a large, complicated purchase, involving several drinks, all of which had at least one customization. She made these drinks, and every one of them was made perfectly. Meanwhile, there were numerous other customers gathered around, waiting for drinks as well, and I was very impressed with her diligence and customer-focus in apparently enhancing the customer experience for each person. I've been going to Starbucks for a long time, and she exemplifies what is good about the business."

"To be honest, I really enjoyed this local Starbucks in Bay Terrace Shopping Center. The food there is so good, and so are the drinks, especially the Starbucks Refreshers. And I even tried a bagel with avocado spread, and it tasted so good, I couldn't deny it. I bet this is a good place to hang out, eat, and chill."
