"Placed a pickup order on the app, went to pick it up and they told me it wasn't paid for. I showed them the confirmation email, and my banking app showing the order was paid for. The manager accused me of trying to get my order for free and became dismissive when I tried to explain. He told me he has too many orders to worry about mine. Last time going to this second rate catastrophe."

"Horrible experience!!! Just went there to order. I had a few modifications on my order and I was explaining it to lady named ( Raman ) and first she did not understand anything , second she was showing hella attitude. Then I waited for more than half and hour just to get my order wrong and missing items. Then she was remaking the order and started talking about us and laughing in front of us with her co worker ( Tawhid ) . I am a regular customer here and never experienced this kind of horrible people. The lady ( Raman ) was not even using any gloves while making our food. Even tho we mentioned that we don’t eat pork. She was touching pork and also out pizze with bare hand. We waiting another 15 more minutes for our order. She continues to have an attitude and hands the order to us aggressively. Then I asked for her name and she knew right away that I was gonna complain and she goes ( yeah you can have one pasta for free it’s alright ) . Never coming back here again. !!!"

"Driver was great, but the place needs better management or something. The app said the order was completed and it wasn’t. I called since I was confused thinking maybe they delivered to the wrong place or something and nobody answered the phone. I had to call on a different phone to get an answer, only to be dismissed immediately and told I’d get a notification. I waited a bit over an hour for a salad and pasta. I feel bad for the good staff that’s actually trying."
