"Excellent food. And their coffee is the best. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. But what I like best is that it is clean. Yes, CLEAN. I can't stand to go in and eat and the tables are sticky and the chairs are dirty and there is food stuck on the carpets. This place is clean. I'm picky; I admit it. This place meets my high standards. Good job Panera Bread. Lauren, the General Manager, knows a lot of the customers. I was in the area for 4 days and she remembered me and my usual order. Customers would come in and she would call them by name. The regular customers welcomed me and talked with me. If this was a bar it would be just like Cheers (the TV show). I credit that to Lauren's friendly disposition. If I lived here I would also be a regular patron."
"Soup is ok. Grilled cheese rubbery and raw and bad. At least the place is clean and comfy and lots of chairs available. And prices are ridiculously high and everything is over priced"
"The customer service has been great. Panera has become part of my morning routine. As I head to work, I stop by to get my cup of tea. I am always greeted with a good morning by the manager, Lauren, and Erica. The two of them create a pleasant environment at 6:30am and have displayed a willingness to make this customer happy by going the extra mile to refill my preferred tea. Thank you."
"The customer service here is amazing. The manager (didn’t catch his name) was so kind and courteous. We dropped some food and he was very kind and understanding, and even replaced the meal for us. So kind and pleasant, would definitely recommend!"
