"The "boss" seems like the type that just tells other what to do, but doesn't do much himself. Stood @ the counter barking orders and not helping. The bagels are very tasty, but only seeds on 1/2 the bagel. Like I've been eating bagels for a long time, never seen a place only seed one side of the bagel. Store is very clean and organized. Everything seemed very fresh. All in all a good place, just a little cheap"
"Very good quality bagels with generous amounts of toppings/seasoning. The Bagel has a nice crunch on the outside while being soft on the inside. Cream cheese was very fresh. We purchased vegetable and plain. Plenty of variety and friendly service"
"Workers are great, always respectful and quick and efficient. the owners/ owner/manager I’ve seen is quite the opposite. Witnessed the owner tell off two employees all while doing nothing to help out, he entered the kitchen three times to check on an incorrect order all while there were issues up front delaying multiple others orders for 10+ minutes and not assisting the employees. A suggestion, if an employee makes a mistake, don’t tell them off in front of customers and another one, if they make a mistake, help them instead of aimlessly walking around. . Makes you look very bad"
"Food is Phenomenal, I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago and been here since everyday . The egg sandwhiches are 10/10 and so are their heros and dont get me started on the Bagels. The workers treat their customers like they are family and always have a smile on their faces . The interior is very modern and have any type of drinks that u are in the mood for and the dining area is very clean and spacious."
"Great location, clean and well stocked. Bagels were fresh and soft. Prices need some work. Pack of hash brown Patties are less than $4 in the supermarket for a pack of 8 or 10. So charging $1.99 for one I would say is unreasonable. Staff was very nice and receptive. Lots of potential for this place. I would go back again to see what has changed with prices, but until then princess deli it is."
