There's lots of variety for food and drinks, and the wait isn't long. There's no attached parking lot, so just be on the lookout for a spot. Overall, a cozy place to relax with a coffee."

"First time coming to the spot, Tiger, the owner was sat outside with his son just relaxing. My friend and I were admiring the outside when we struck up conversation. He was super inviting and personally walked us into the shop while asking about our tastes in coffee. He ended up making something personalized for me and I got the everything croissant with goat cheese and feta. Super delicious and perfect amount of savory. Balanced well with the sweet coffee. Decor and atmosphere was top notch and is without a doubt the best coffee shop i've been to."

"Finally a cafe in East Islip! Love this place and the coffee is always great. This location is more intimate than the Bayshore location, but the service and quality of food and drinks are the same. Rather than spend $$$ at Dunkin, Starbucks, or any other chain ...support your local businesses! The family that owns Milano Bean are also very nice. They always have a smile on their face and always make you feel welcome. Never disappointed at either spot."

"So glad I discovered this adorable spot! Great selection of pastries & coffees. I’m a big coffee drinker and this was so delicious and smooth!! I tried the everything bagel croissant and the pistachio cake, and both were great. The prices are very affordable and the quality is amazing. The owner was so sweet and I definitely will be back!"
