"This is location need management attention. Two guys working here and they didn’t serve at 8:30 because they are closing at 9pm . And they have very rude attitude. I’m sure owner or franchisee don’t care as well they never visit this location. But Dunkin’ Donuts should be looking in to this location for their name. "I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants, but the workers at this location were incredibly rude. We ordered on the mobile app, and when we arrived at the location, the staff told us that they didn't receive the order. So we went on our app and learned that my husband's order was weirdly cancelled, and so we told them we would just get in line and order. At that point, one worker started talking badly about my husband to her coworkers in Spanish, saying that we were being difficult and causing problems (assuming that he wouldn't understand her Spanish, but he does speak Spanish and understood every word.) Then they gave us an attitude when we tried to order, and our food was cold."
"I walked over to this location hoping to get a latte at 8:20 pm on 2/8/2022. To my surprise the door was locked while the staff saw me standing outside and looked at each other signaling they were closed. I looked over and said it's not 9pm and was then ignored by both staff members there. They stared over and waited for me to leave. It's very upsetting the poor service and customer skills people hired these days offer. This is a corporate business and should do BETTER. Do not have open and close times if you will do as you please. The sign specifically says 9pm so to be closed more than 30 minutes before is absurd to me, I would understand 8:55 however it was not the case. I called to complain I was not surprised to get the answering machine. This location was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. Please just save yourself this problem and Go ANYWHERE ELSE."
