Jersey Mike's Subs

"Part 1 - So I just placed a pick up order again for four sandwiches over the phone, and the music was so loud that the lady who is taking my order couldn’t hear correctly, so when I stopped to pick up the $80 worth of four sandwiches, my sandwich’s were not what I ordered. I ordered NO PEPPERS because I’m allergic, and you can obviously see all of the peppers on the sandwich . I’m not going to be ordering from Jersey Mike’s anymore. Two times was enough for them to mess up my order while spending too much money on sandwiches especially when you can go sit down at a restaurant and have a decent dinner for $80 ,…… sad. Part 2 -The music blasting inside the restaurant was so ungodly loud that the restaurant worker and myself cannot understand each other, and I had to clarify myself three different times after I told her what I wanted initially because she wasn’t able to understand what type of cheese I was requesting or how I wanted my sandwich. But just like the food being great at Jersey Mike’s, the staff needs to be as well, including the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It’s a restaurant/eatery, not a nightclub"

"Typical Jersey Mikes. But again it was fresh and portion size was filling. I had the classic Mike's way with a Chicken Philly that didn't make the photo cut..lol. I was starving after a long day of meetings. Jersey Mikes always did delivery hot and fresh and your order is correct."

"This is the first time I can remember leaving a review. I just want to say how impressed I am with this JM franchise. I've been coming here once a week for a month (temporary visit to M-town). This might be one of the best fast-food locations I've ever visited. The staff is always extremely courteous and efficient. In fact, on my third visit, the young lady asked if I wanted my regular order (how did she remember?). One afternoon, I visited while the owner was in the shop. He was cleaning every nook and cranny of the store, opening the door for customers and greeting everyone. This is how you run a business. Very impressive. And the sandwiches are always tasty. This store turned me into a Jersey Mike's fan. Thank you."

"Whoever worked tonight was a bit heavy handed in the black pepper but overall the sandwich was delicious after I wiped off some of the pepper. I'll definitely be returning to give them another try. I had the club sub which is my go to at any deli and I can't wait to try their other subs."
