"I walked in and the owner was on the phone. I walked around looking for what I needed and couldn’t find it. I stood at the register for a minute before he acknowledged me. Finally he looked at me but didn’t get off the the phone. I asked him for what I was looking for and while still on the phone walked over to a part of the store where they should have been. Finally he told his phone call “I gotta go I have a customer” to tell me they were sold out. It was very rude to stay on the phone while “helping” me. Also the music was very loud for a kitchen store. Response to the owner: I was there on a Monday by myself. No gentleman friend and the lights were bright"

Every time I walk into the store I feel welcomed as if it were my own home. So much care and consideration has gone into every inch of this place. The cooking classes are top notch! "Always a warm and wonderful place to shop or stop by and chat. The guys are super knowledgeable about their product and very friendly. The only drawback is I always go to the store for one thing and wind up finding two more things that I need. Love it, a wonderful addition to Kingston’s up and coming cadre."
