"I have been using GUCU for loans over the last 8 years or so. They have been amazing! Being able to call and talk with someone right away with out going thru 5 mins of automated systems is so nice. Just recently they refinance my auto and did a HELOC in 6 days with rates lower then any prime bank! I am done with BofA and moving my main checking and savings here! Wish more companies where like this!"
"I have always had a great experience with GUCU, and have used this bank for 7 years. Better rates on car loans, CD's and other services than the big box banks. I came yesterday and spoke to Kristen. She was personable, professional, kind, and provided the knowledgeable service that you expect in from a credit union. I'm amazed by some of the negative reviews as I went in without an appointment and easily handled a 6 figure transaction in less than 30 minutes. I wish I hadn't moved to another state, because GUCU has been awesome. Thanks Kristen, you are great!"

"Very poor customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful. I walked in to reopen a checking account and although I was the only customer in the lobby and there were 3 employees behind the counter, I was told that they did not have time to meet with me at 4:15 pm although they did not close until 5pm."
"I have always had good experiences at this establishment. The people are very friendly and happy to help out. However, my most recent visit was phenomenal. Melody went above and beyond for me & helped me out with numerous things. Her knowledge with this industry really shines! I have nothing but good things to say about her. By far the best experience I have ever had at a bank/credit union. Thank you GUCU for hiring such high quality and genuine people."
